Winston Well-Being offers one on one, duo, trio and small group training of 4-6 participants. Some clients prefer the privacy and convenience of one on one training or training in pairs, with a partner or friend. One on one and training in pairs also gives the client the full focus of the trainer. This allows the session to be customized to the client’s unique needs.
Small group training is a great way to get the most out of your investment in yourself. It is more affordable. Most importantly, small group training is a lot of fun! Your small group may be people you already know and spend time with. Friends, neighbors, church groups, co-workers, clubs sports teams or any group of like minded people can band together to start a training team. Your small group will enjoy the camaraderie and accountability that comes with being part of a team. Exercising with people who share your same passion for living your best lives is fulfilling and invigorating. We encourage our teams to be creative in how they motivate and support each other. This support can be just what you need to stick with the program and get the results you want.
Small groups work best when the capabilities and desired outcomes for the participants are similar. Once we complete your initial assessment we will have the information we need to make sure your training team is right for you.
