Services for Mature Adults

Winston Well-Being offers one on one and small group training for up to 12 participants. Some clients prefer the privacy and convenience of one on one training or training in pairs with a partner or friend. One on one and training in pairs also gives the client the full focus of the trainer. This allows the session to be customized to the client’s unique needs.

Small group training is a great way to get the most out of your investment in yourself. It is more affordable. Most importantly, small group training is a lot of fun! Your small group may be people you already know and spend time with. Friends, neighbors, church groups, co-workers, clubs sports teams or any group of like minded people can band together to start a training team. We currently offer small group training at the beautiful Mary Alice Warren Community Center in Lewisville on Mondays and Wednesdays 11-12:00. This class is focused on flexibility, mobility, balance and strength for active agers. The activities can be modified for all levels to enjoy and benefit from.
